coinor-libclp1 software package provides Coin-or linear programming solver (shared libraries), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libclp1
coinor-libclp1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libclp1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libclp1 *
You will get with coinor-libclp1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
